The seminar will be held in Correlea Court Hotel, The Square, Tuam, on the 28th of September, 2013 and will run from 10 am until 5.15 pm. Throughout the course of the day, 7 highly stimulating and interesting lectures will give an insight into the development and history of the town. Starting at the Bronze age, through the reign of the O’Connor High Kings, the Reformation and right up to the 1920s, there is sure to be something to capture the attention of all with an interest in history. The rich engineering history of the town’s many mills and industries will be outlined, as well as the case for the Cross of Cong having been made for Tuam Cathedral.

Full details, prices and our brochure will be available shortly. Lunch and refreshments will be provided for attendees and all are welcome. Hope to see you there.
